To cover all key elements of the curriculum in a year, the Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level (Intensive) is an intensive course taken after the completion of the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). This course is ideally designed for international students who are ready for an accelerated and rigorous advanced study to prepare for university and higher education.
The curriculum of this course aims to enhance the learners’ knowledge, understanding and skills in in-depth subject content, independent thinking, handling and evaluating different types of information source, thinking logically and presenting ordered and coherent arguments, making judgements, recommendations and decisions, as well as presenting reasoned explanations, understanding implications and communicating them clearly and logically. In addition, this course comprises of four (4) core subjects which constitute General Paper, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one (1) elective subject in Accounting, Business or Economics.
At the end of the one year, students will be fully prepared to sit for the Cambridge International AS and A Level Examinations. Widely recognised, these qualifications heighten the students’ chances of seeking admission to leading universities both locally and globally.

The objective of this accelerated and intensive course is to equip students with a better overview and understanding of the core subjects of Cambridge International AS and A Level Examinations which include General Paper, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to prepare them for the Cambridge International AS and A Level Examinations.

- Candidates who wish to complete the Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level programme within a year.

Students may pursue their higher education degrees and/or professional certifications at both local and overseas Colleges and Universities.

Monday to Friday:
9.00 am – 12.45 pm and 2.00 pm – 6.15 pm
At least 3.75 hours per session, average of 8 contact hours per school day, 10 sessions per week
(Total: At least 37.5 contact hours per week)
- Registration starting from February for the Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level Examinations, held in June of the same year.
- Registration starting from August for the Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level Examinations, held in November of the same year.

Average teacher-student ratio is 1:40
Note: The number of students in the classroom is subject to the maximum seating capacity.
|Note 1:||International Student must achieve at least 90% attendance rate (ICA Requirement).|
|Note 2:||International Student must not be absent for more than 7 consecutive days without valid reason (ICA Requirement).|
|Note 3:||Students who do not require ICA’s student’s pass must achieve at least 80% attendance rate.Our College only accept medical certificates as proof for absenteeism. Any other documents should only be accepted on a case-by-case basis with full justification and be acceptable by ICA.|
|Note 4:||In the first week of studies, an induction session will be conducted. The students will be briefed by the Academic Staff on full details of the course including scheme of work, timetable, assessments and grading, assessment and exam dates and venue and many other academic matters.|
|Note 5:||DIMENSIONS has the right to cancel a class/an intake if the minimum number of students enrolled is less than 10 for any programme per class. Students may enroll into a later intake, if any, or withdraw from course. (For refund, please refer to our Refund Policy).|
