Vaccination notice for students

Vaccination protects your child/ ward against COVID-19 and reduces their chances of falling very ill if infected. If your child/ ward has not been vaccinated, please get them vaccinated today! Just walk in to any Vaccination Centre, polyclinic or participating PHPC – no appointment needed for your first dose.

Please note that parental consent is required for students below the age of 18 and the consent form can be downloaded at go.gov.sg/parcf. Find out more on the vaccination location at vaccine.gov.sg .
