1. Lecturers in Hospitality (Part Time & Full Time) (for Bukit Timah Campus & City Campus)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the curriculum & lesson plans
- Provide necessary supervision to students
- Schedule & prepare assessments according to curriculum planning
- Feedback to School Management about the class performance
- Marking of all coursework and assessment papers
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Lecturers with less than 5 years of working experience in the field to which the course, module or subject relates, and qualifications in that field which are at least a level higher than the level of the course OR
- Lecturers have at least 5 years of working experience in the field to which the course, module or subject relates, and qualifications in that field which are at least equivalent to the level of the course OR
- Lecturers have at least 5 years of working experience in the field to which the course, module or subject relates, and qualifications in a different field which are at least one level higher than the level of the course.
- Lecturers have a pass in English at General Certificate of Education (GCE) “Ordinary” Level or its equivalent in the language medium of the course, module or subject he/she is to be deployed to teach.
- Where the course, module or subject is of a vocational nature, the person has at least 5 years of working experience in the field to which the course, module or subject relates.
2. Lecturers in Business / Finance & Accounting (Part Time & Full Time)(for City Campus)
Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Executives (for Main Campus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Response to customer enquiries and needs, with prompt actions and provide excellent service
- Sales and market courses
- Co-ordinating marketing activities, including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions
- Administration of students enrolment
- May need to travel overseas
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher with at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- PC literate
- Customer-focused and proactive, able to communicate professionally and with confidence
2. Admin Executives (for Main Campus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare set of enrolment documents for students to sign
- Update and maintain the student personal files
- Arrange for student pass collection and cancellation when the student completes the course
- Prepare and issue the qualification certificates to the students when they graduate
- Prepare and issue various admin reports on a regular basis
- Other admin duties as assigned by the HOD, Admin Department
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Meticulous and self-motivated, with good communication and administrative skills
3. Senior Academic Executive / Section Head (for Main Campus & City Campus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for academic
- Coordinates and collates lesson plans of Hospitality/Higher Education/High School programmes, including those that are not submitted by existing lecturers
- Prepare scheme of work and timetable
- Liaises with lecturers on the Scheme of Work, and schedules teaching timetable and assignments
- Reviews the lecturers’ proposals on purchase
- Monitors the teaching progress of classes
- Oversees the process of assignment marking
- Ensures that all marked assignments are compiled according to requirements with necessary documentations
- Prepares for and supports External Verification’s visits
- Prepares necessary items for the lecturing
- Assists with handling Academic issues
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- At least 2-3 years of experience in senior administrative position
- Meticulous and self-motivated, with good communication and administrative skills
4. Senior Accounts Executive / Section Head (for Main Campus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out accounts related duties
- Control Procedures
- Company tax matters
- Submission of CPF and GST
- Review General Ledger & Accounts Schedule
- Review Journals, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Review Bank Reconciliation
- Plan, organize, motivate and supervise Accounts staff
- Execute the work plans of the department to realise DIMENSIONS objectives
- Monitor and ensure that department KPIs are met
- Comply with the relevant Accounting and Financial policies, procedures and documentation, which are strictly in compliance with EduTrust and Statutory Board requirements
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Head of Department / Director

- Diploma holder and above
- At least 2-3 years of experience in senior accounts position
