Earth Day is an annual event celebrated on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. DIMENSIONS commemorated this day with a meaningful donation drive! We asked our students to donate clothes that they either do not want or are unable to wear anymore. The only requirement was that they still had to be in good condition. This way, these extra clothes will go to someone in need instead of unnecessarily ending up as waste in a landfill. Our students happily gave what they could to this cause, making the donation drive a success.
Here in DIMENSIONS, we educate our students in sustainability and caring for the environment. To keep our planet healthy, we must do all we can now to conserve her natural resources. We hope that through these activities, we can inspire our students to take action in their daily lives to reduce their waste and be more conscientious. Let us all do our part to be an advocate for environmental protection and create a better future for our descendants.
